Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Instax products in their original packaging, including all manuals, batteries, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
